Modify your template by adjusting the text's tracking (letter spacing).
By default text has a letter spacing of 0. If you want to modify the letter spacing of a text element, you can set a custom tracking bigger or smaller than 0.

To adjust the tracking
- Click the text element
- Expand the Character toolbox
- Type in the new tracking value, or hit the arrows to increase/decrease the value.
Important:
The tracking feature is only available for simple text elements.
