When a text box has enough height to fit multiple lines, it is multi-line by default.
However, in order to jump to the next line, you'll have to hit enter (return).
If you want the text to jump to the next line automatically, then you should activate automatic multiline.
Then, when the text hits the boundaries of the text box it will automatically jump to the next line.

To make a text automatic multiline
- Click the text element
- Expand the Character toolbox
- On the control panel check Automatic Multiline

Note:
When you have an automatic multiline text that has a minimum font size set, keep in mind that the text will first resize to fit the boundaries, up until it reaches the minimum font size.
Then when it reaches the minimum font size, it will jump to the next line.
Then when it reaches the minimum font size, it will jump to the next line.
