Mac or Windows
No matter if you are using Mac or Windows, always use ctrl key in both
Action | Description |

Crtl + C (both for Windows and Mac) | Copy a personalization element |
Ctrl + V (both for Windows and Mac) | Paste a personalization element |
Del on Windows / Fn + Delete on Mac | Delete a personalization element |
Shift + click | Select multiple personalization elements |
Important:
Copy and Paste functionalities work only for text elements
