Preview zoom style settings

Add zoom to your preview so customers can see their personalization in more detail. You can configure how the zoom behaves on your store separately for desktop and mobile devices.

 
There are 3 ways the preview zoom can behave in your store: 

Important

The selected zoom setting will be applied to all products using Customily.
 

Configure Preview Zoom

  1. Open the Customily App
  2. Go to Start/Store
  3. Open the Settings section

  4. Click on the Preview Behaviour tab
  5. Scroll down until you find the Zoom section

  6. Choose the option that best fits your needs.
  7. Save

No zoom

By choosing this option, customers won’t be able to zoom in on the preview.

Zoom on hover

When the Zoom on hover option is enabled, hovering over the canvas scales it to 2Ă—, providing a magnified view of the personalization details.

Zoom on Click

When the Click to zoom option is enabled, clicking the preview opens a secondary dialog displaying the canvas at 2Ă— zoom, positioned next to the original preview.

Tip:

The Zoom on click style is recommended when customers need to interact with the preview, such as repositioning or resizing uploaded images.

Configure Zoom for mobile devices

When enabled, a Click to Zoom button will appear on the preview on mobile devices.
 
To enable this feature:
  1. Access your Settings following the steps above 
  2. Scroll down until you find the Zoom options
  3. Enable Zoom for mobile devices
