Protect your clipart in storefront previews

Customily automatically protects the images in your Libraries by converting them into lower-quality WEBP files for storefront previews.

This allows shoppers to see and personalize your products without exposing your original high-resolution artwork.

Does this affect production files?

No. Your original, high-resolution images are preserved for production files. Only the images displayed in storefront previews are optimized.

Can someone still download my clipart?

While this helps protect your artwork from unauthorized reuse, it cannot completely prevent someone from downloading images displayed online.

However, any images downloaded from the storefront preview will be very low resolution and unsuitable for printing.

For additional protection, you can use separate Libraries for storefront previews and production files. For example, you can display watermarked images in the preview while using the original, unwatermarked artwork for printing. However, Customily's automatic image optimization is usually sufficient, so this extra step isn't necessary for most products.
