What is the Store section?

Last updated: May 25, 2026

The Store section is where you manage how your ecommerce products connect with Customily and how shoppers experience personalization in your storefront.

This is where products from your connected store appear, where you can link them to personalization, manage existing setups, and configure how the personalization experience looks and behaves for shoppers.

The Store section is available for Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Shoplazza, and Amazon. While some settings and workflows may vary depending on your platform, the overall purpose of this section remains very similar.

What you can do in the Store section

The Store section brings together your ecommerce products and the personalization created in Customily.

From here, you can:

Manage your products

  • View the products from your connected ecommerce store

  • Link existing products to Customily personalization

  • Manage products that are already connected to Customily

Manage personalization

  • Create and manage personalization options (Option Sets)

  • Connect personalization experiences to your products

Configure your storefront

  • Control how personalization appears in your storefront

  • Customize the shopper experience

  • Access advanced storefront settings and integrations

How Store fits into your workflow

The Store section is where your ecommerce products connect with the personalization setup you create in Customily.

There are two main ways products end up here:

Products created through Customily

If you create a product through Customily’s guided setup (for example, by starting from the Start menu, choosing a Product Base, and selecting a Design), the finished product will automatically appear in the Store section.

These products are already fully configured, with their template and personalization options (option set) connected, so they’re ready for you to manage from here.

Existing products from your store

If you already have products in your ecommerce store and want to make them personalizable, you can do that from the Store section too.

Simply connect the product to a template and an option set, and Customily will add the personalization flow to that product.
