Moving around Customily
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Customily's navigation menu gives you access to the tools you need to create personalized products, manage their settings, and process orders.
The menu is organized into two main sections: Create, where you build the components used for personalization, and Manage, where you connect those components to products and manage your store.
Home
The Home page is your starting point in Customily, with shortcuts to help you get started creating personalized products.
Create
This section contains the tools used to build and manage your personalizations.
Libraries: Create and manage collections of images, vectors, fonts, and colors that you can reuse in your designs and personalization options.
Designs: Create the artwork and personalized elements that will appear on your products.
Product Bases: Create and manage the blank products used as a starting point for personalization, including their mockups and print file specifications.
Templates: The backbone of Customily. Each Template contains all the information needed to personalize a specific product base with a specific Design. Here, you can create, view, and manage your Templates.
Option Sets: Create and manage the personalization options shoppers interact with, such as text fields, image uploads, dropdowns, and swatches.
Manage
This section is where you connect personalization to your products and manage your store's configuration.
Products: View products from your connected store, connect them to Customily, and configure their personalization by linking them to a Template and Option Set.
Orders: View personalized orders and access the files and customization details needed for fulfillment.
Store Settings: Configure how personalization works and appears across your store, including preview behavior, advanced settings, and fulfillment integrations.
Other navigation options
At the bottom of the sidebar, you can access your account settings, support resources, and the option to log out.
Note
The navigation menu shown in this article applies to Customily's standard integrations, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Etsy. If you're using Customily through a custom integration or another platform, your menu may look different.
