If your account was paused, there are two ways to resume your Customily Account: 

  • Selecting the link that appears on the red message at the top of the page. 
  • From the Billing section on the Account tab.

  1. Access your Access your billing information.
  2. Scroll down to the end of the page.
  3. Select the option Resume Account.
If you have cancelled your account, it's not possible to resume it. Please contact our support team for help.
