Depending on what platform you are using Customily on, the ways to cancel are a bit different.
Pick the platform you are using, to learn how to cancel your subscription:
Shopify
To cancel your Shopify subscription, you only need to uninstall the Customily App from your Shopify store. Uninstalling the app will automatically cancel any ongoing subscriptions.
How to uninstall an app on Shopify:
- Log in to your store with the store owner's account, and go to Settings on the bottom left corner.
- Open Apps and sales channels.
- You'll see a list of all the apps installed in your store. Find the Customily Product Personalizer app, hover over it and click uninstall.
- A window will pop up asking you to confirm your decision. Choose a reason for uninstalling and click the uninstall button to remove the app.
Important
If you are using Customily on Shopify with our legacy pricing (unlimited and per-product plans) please contact our support team to cancel your account.
All other e-commerce platforms
To pause or cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Customily account on app.customily.com/signin
- On the left menu, go to Account and open the Billing tab
- If you have multiple stores under the same account, make sure you select the store you want to pause or cancel from the top left dropdown.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Select if you want to Pause or Cancel your subscription.
- A dialog will appear for you to confirm your desition. Enter your password to confirm the pause or cancellation of your account.
Important
Before canceling your subscription to Customily remember that if you choose this option all your templates, libraries and personalization information will be lost. If you wish to save them, you should pause your account instead.
