To cancel your Shopify subscription, you only need to uninstall your app on Shopify. Uninstalling your app will automatically cancel any ongoing subscriptions.
How to delete an app on Shopify:
- Log in to your store with the store owner's account, then go to the Settings field in the bottom right. In Settings, visit Apps and sales channels.
- A list of the apps installed in your store is on display. Find the app you want to remove, then click the uninstall button.
- A window will pop up asking you to confirm your decision. Choose a reason for deleting under feedback, and click the delete button to permanently delete the app.
If you are using Customily on Shopify with our old pricing plans (unlimited and per-product plans)
To cancel your Customily account please contact our support team so they can assist you.
All other e-commerce platforms
To pause or cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
- On your left menu, go to Account
- Open the Billing tab
- If you have multiple stores, make sure you select the store you want to pause or cancel from the top left dropdown.
- Scroll down to the end of the page.
- Select the option you need.
Important
Before canceling your subscription to Customily remember that if you choose this option all your templates, libraries and personalization information will be lost.
