Customily provides a dedicated Orders section where you can view and manage all orders containing personalized products.

Accessing the Orders Dashboard
Open the Customily App.
Go to Orders in the left-hand menu.
When you click Orders, you’ll be taken to the Orders dashboard, where you can see a list of your recent Customily orders.
Orders Dashboard Overview
In the dashboard, you’ll find the following information for each order:
- Product preview
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Product name
- Customer name
- Quantity
- Link to the corresponding Print File
- Fulfillment company name (or indication if the order is manual)
By default, the dashboard displays orders from the current date. You can switch to previous dates to view older orders.
You can also:
Click Export CSV to download all order data
Use the search bar to find a specific order
TIP
Clicking the Print File link will take you directly to the production file, where you can download or share it as needed.
Modify an Order or Generate a New Print File
If a customer needs to update their personalization:
Locate the order in the Orders dashboard.
Click on the order to open its details. You’ll see the product preview along with the personalization options selected by the customer.
Update the options as needed, then click Generate New Print File.
Once the file is ready, a download link will appear above the button.
Important
You’ll only see the personalization options selected by the customer if the following settings are enabled:
The interface also displays the date of the last generated print file, allowing you to easily track whether the file is original or has been modified.
