Sticky Preview keeps the preview visible at the top of the page while customers scroll through the personalization options. When enabled, the preview remains fixed on the screen as the user scrolls up or down the page.
Important
Sticky preview is only available when the preview style Product Page Preview is set.
Enable the sticky preview
- Open the Customily App
- Go to the Start/Store tab in the left menu
- Open the Settings section in the top bar menu
- Select the Preview Behavior tab
- Under Preview Style, enable Sticky Preview.
Important
Sticky Preview is not compatible with all Shopify themes.
Some themes may not work correctly with Sticky Preview, so be sure to test your product page after enabling it. If you notice any issues, please disable the feature and contact our support team for help.
