Allow customers to choose between personalizing your products or adding them to the cart right away.
Important
To avoid the Customily transaction fee when customers skip personalization, this configuration must be used. Any other configuration will apply the transaction fee even if the customer chooses not to personalize.
- Open the Start/Store tab in the left menu.
- Go to 'Settings' in the top bar menu.
- Go to the 'Preview Behavior' tab and make sure your selected preview style is 'Product page preview.'
- Activate the toggle button for 'Make personalization optional.'
