Browse your products in Customily

The Products section gives you an overview of the products in your ecommerce store and their connection to Customily.
From here, you can see which products are already connected to Customily, search and filter your catalog, and open any product to manage its personalization.
Access your products
To view your products, click Products from the left-hand menu.
You'll see the product catalog for your currently selected store.
Tip
If you have more than one store connected to your Customily account, use the store selector at the top left to switch between stores.
What products appear here?
The Products section displays products from your connected ecommerce store, including:
Products connected to Customily
Products that haven't been connected to Customily yet
Products created and published through Customily
Products created directly on your ecommerce platform
New products created on your ecommerce platform may take a few minutes to synchronize and appear in Customily.
Find a product
Use the search bar to find a specific product by name.
You can also use the filter menu to view:
All products
Products connected to Customily
Products not connected to Customily
Understand the product list
Each product displays information that helps you quickly identify it and understand its current setup.
Depending on your ecommerce platform, this may include:
Product name and image
Last modified date
Product status, such as Draft or Published
Whether the product is connected to Customily
To manage a product, simply click it to open its product settings.
