Libraries Homepage

Last updated: May 6, 2026

On the Libraries homepage, you’ll see a list of all the libraries in your account.

From here, you can create new libraries, organize your existing ones, and manage how they are used across your designs and templates.

Template IDs

Each template has a unique ID, displayed below its name. It's assigned automatically and cannot be changed.

You can use it to identify templates, especially when multiple templates have similar or identical names.

From this page, you can:

  • Create new libraries

  • Upload libraries in bulk using a ZIP file

  • Search and filter through your libraries

  • Edit, rename, or clone libraries

  • Check where libraries are being used

Important
You won’t be able to delete a library if it is currently in use.
If that happens, you’ll see a message indicating where it’s being used.
You’ll need to remove the library from those designs or templates before deleting it.

Recover

  • Use the trash to view Deleted libraries

  • Click the restore button on the library

After 90 days, libraries are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
